Eighth Period - Writing

Solving
First observations:
-
Indications how to write the letters in the alphabet.
-
The phrase "MOHAMED BAMBA or A BLOODHOUND WITH A NOSE FOR ENCHANTMENT"
The Phrase
"MOHAMED BAMBA or A BLOODHOUND WITH A NOSE FOR ENCHANTMENT"
This is a callback to the "Split Meanings" Puzzle we saw back in the 2021 Gold Bug Challenge. You are given two source phrases and have to find a resulting two word phrase that can be read two different ways, depending on where you split the text.
In this case the phrase we are looking for is
"MAGICSCENTER"
Which can be read as
"Magics Center" or "Magic Scenter"
Mohamed Bamba is a basketball player for the Orlando Magic, Center position. Thus "Magics Center"
And a bloodhound with a nose for enchantment is a "Magic Scenter"
How to Write
The instructions on how to write give us the order of the strokes, and contain strokes which are thin, as well as strokes which are thick.
If we take our phrase we found in the previous step we get the following:
M - thick thick thin thick
A - thin thin thick
G - thin thick
I - thin thick thin
C - thick
S - thin
C - thick
E - thick thin thin thick or thick thin thick thick
N - thin thick thin
T - thin thick
E - thick thin thin thick or thick thin thick thick
R - thin thin thin
Two things which immediately come to mind is this is either binary data, or Morse code. Running things through binary iterations, yields nothing of interest. However if we convert the "thick" and "thin" lines into Morse code, we get the following:
--.- ..- .- .-. - . - -..- .-. .- -.-- ...
That translates into:
